Shipping policy

We offer shipping Australia wide via Australia Post with a flat rate of $10.00 which offers a delivery time estimate of 2-8 business days after product has been dispatched -This does not include production lead time*

*Production lead time for silk accessories, including all scrunchies, ribbons, scarves, headbands, mirrors, bags and pillowcases is up to 7 full business days from time of order. This time frame does not include shipping time and your product will be posted after the production lead time frame. If by any chance your product will take longer than 7 full business days to create, a customer service member will be in touch to notify you as soon as possible. 

Most of the time we have limited stock already made, and in this case, we will ship your item earlier, usually within 1-3 business days from receiving payment. 

Our eBoutique ships from Sydney, Australia and offers shipping Australia wide and Internationally as a case by case basis. If you would like to order our product from outside Australia, please get in touch and we can quote you on postage.
